Mar 3, 2017 6:44 AM (in response to Zatoichy)This message was posted on behalf of Intel CorporationI told him the following:
Hello Zatoichy,
Thank you for contacting the Intel community.
Is the latest driver version that you have 15.45.14.4590? if not, you can try updating to this driver, you can download here:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26563/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-45-?product=96551
If you get an error updating to this driver version, try installing it manually, please check how to Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 and Windows 8*/8.1*
If the issue still persist try with the Beta driver, you can download it at the following link:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26604/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-Beta-15-45-?product=96551
Also, make sure Windows is up to date, if you are using Windows®10 update it to the latest Windows® 10 Anniversary version.
If the information above does not solve this problem, please check post 5 at the following link:

I hope this can help.
Best regards,
Ivan.

2. Re: ig9icd32.dll error and crash
Zatoichy Mar 3, 2017 9:01 AM (in response to Intel Corporation)thank you for your response. I ve tried all of these methods and still issue exists. Windows is up to date. Tried both drivers and IE; Java update and still these programs are not working.
P.S. The tricky thing is that when I am deleting all graphic drivers from my PC this program starts working - http://www.uosteam.com/ ; When I install the latest driver, I receive that error message - "Can't find the name of Intel ICD OpenGL driver".

7. Re: ig9icd32.dll error and crash
Maksim70rus Mar 15, 2017 6:05 AM (in response to Intel Corporation)with new beta driver the problem is not solved, the start error has remained. When I used windows 7 with standard drivers was not this problem , after installation Windows 10 with drivers from Intel there was an error. Complete removal of the driver did not solve the problem in Windows 10.

8. Re: ig9icd32.dll error and crash
Mar 15, 2017 1:53 PM (in response to Maksim70rus)This message was posted on behalf of Intel CorporationAt this point, I strongly recommend contacting the software developers to get the system requirements; I’m mentioning the system requirements because OU Steam might work better in older graphics technology and not with newer technologies like the Intel® HD Graphics 630. The software developers may have a patch or an update that might help but you will need to consult all this with them.
Zatoichy was probably able to change the OpenGL 2.0 to GL 1.4 in the application, we will appreciate if he can help us how he did it, meanwhile I suggest contacting OU Steam for support, you can request support here:
