In regards to the esrv.exe, it belongs to the Intel® Driver Update Utility, that's why you see the Intel(R) System Usage Report as it runs constantly on your computer to check for driver updates.
You can uninstall the Intel® Driver Update Utility from "Add/Remove Programs"; however, you may have to periodically look for driver updates manually in the downloadcenter.intel.com/.
In regards to the other services/processes, they are non-Intel related; however, I found some information that you may find useful.
Is csrss.exe a safe process?
Dlhost.exe file information
What Is conhost.exe and Why Is It Running?
Hope this information helps.
