Intel Graphics Driver 15.45.4614 "a digitally signed driver is required"

Upon installing the latest Beta Intel GPU driver, I'm greeted with this message

I've installed non-WHQL signed drivers in the past (many of them being Beta/Hotfix Intel GPU drivers) and all it required was I click 'Agree' when the Windows security box pops-up, and even after rebooting it behaved normally. With this driver (15.45.4614), I have to disable driver signature enforcement each time to get it to load.

Wondering if this is unique to my system or is a known issue.

      My specs are
      - Windows 10 64bit 14393.693
      - Intel i3 6100H / 2c/4t 2.70GHz
      - 8GB 1600MHz
      - NVIDIA 940M 2GB
      - Samsung 128GB NVME
