In order to better assist you we just wanted to check a few details:
Did you try a BIOS update to the latest version?
We recommend to do a BIOS update using the F7 method, on the following link you will find the instructions of how to do that:
Here is the .BIO file needed to do it, it is for version 0057, latest:
Did you try to restore the BIOS to defaults by pressing F9 and then F10 to save and exit? This is because it might be trying to boot from the SD card, by doing this we can make sure that the boot priority will be set to defaults.
This problem with the SD card, is it recently or it never worked with that card?
What is the model of the SD card?
So, just to confirm, if you use the NUC without the SD card it boots just fine?
Which is the Windows version you are using?
Do you have the option to use another SD card?
Just to let you know, the board has a standard Secure Digital (SD) card reader that supports the Secure Digital eXtended Capacity (SDXC) format, 3.01 specification with UHS-I support. SD Card sizes supported from 8GB to 128GB.
On the following link, you will find different models of SD cards that were tested with the NUC, is your card showing there?
Any further questions, please let me know.
