Hello SchiSchi ,
Please ensure that the SSD is secured into the drive bay with the two small silver screws that were included in the box. If you didn't secure the SSD with those screw it is probably sliping out from the SATA connector while you are installing the SSD tray.

Thanks for your reply. The SSD is secured. But the problems appears also if there is no HDD inserted...
In this case I'II contact with Intel Customer Support and request RMA.
