In regard to your question, since the Intel® driver update utility was intended to work with Intel® boards, when you use a different type of platform the tool might not be that accurate and the driver showing might not be fully compatible with your system, we what we can try is to manually install the drivers from Lenovo’s web site:
On the link below you just need to enter the model of your laptop to be able to see the latest drivers for it, look for the option “Drivers and Software”:
Also, since the driver version showing in there is 4590, you can also use the driver from our web site and try to install them:
Sometimes a driver might not get installed if there is a newer version already installed on the system or if that driver was already installed on a previous update.
