Thank you for posting in Wired Ethernet Communities.
Both i210 and i219 should support VLAN tagging as option to set VLAN ID is available in the advanced properties in Windows 2016. However these controllers are integrated by Asrock so it's best to confirm with them the capability. Further checking shows that Windows 2016 is not part of the supported OS of your board.

The main difference between i210 and i219 is i210 supports 802.1Qav Audio-Video Bridging (AVB).Sharing the links to their product brief documentation.
