Problem with Intel® Desktop Board DP45SG

I recently bought the DP45SG board for a new PC.  When I turn the PC on the board lights up, the CPU starts, the GPU fan turns on, and the HDD starts.  The HDD doesn't beep (don't they usually beep before going through BIOS?).  The HDD also doesn't have an OS in it.

Unfortunately, my monitor reports a "No Signal" and turns off when I start up the PC.  I've been troubleshooting this for hours, but can't figure out what's wrong.

I know the GPU works because I've tested it on another PC.  I know it isn't the HDD, too, because I've tested it on another PC, too (and it beeped when starting up BIOS).  This lead me to believe it was the board.

Here's a list of my components:

CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo

Motherboard - Intel Desktop Board DP45SG

      RAM - Corsair XMS3 6GB PC3-10666 DDR3 DIMM Triple Channel Memory Kit

GPU - ATI Radeon HD 4350

      HDD - Western Digital WD3200AAJS

      PSU - Thermaltake 500W

      Any help would be appreciated.
