- Run the exe and select ‘Scan’

According with the system information you attach you have the Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU J1800, and this processor supports the regular Intel® HD Graphics and not the Intel HD Graphics 4600, for your graphics, you can download the latest graphics driver here:

If the issue persists, your game might have an option to set the proper resolution, if your games or software programs do not have a setting that allows you to change the resolution, see How do I change my display resolution?
