    GfxUI.EXE is not a valid win32 application

Ok, I just built my first system and everytime I turn on the computer I get GfxUi.exe is not a valid win32 application. I downloaded the new driver and it worked for a night and then it went back to the gfxui popping up on start up. It does not seem to effect anything, but is anyone else having this problem?

I have a core i3 530, gigabyte h55m-s2h mobo, winXp pro sp 2. I am overclocking it, but have turned it down till I find out what this is about. Thank you in adance.
