I have a intel Kaby lake I5 7600K with a asus strix z270f motherboard. 3.8ghz to 4.2ghz with turbo boost.
My CPU core voltage is 1.056v. doesn't this seem very low? is the voltage correct?
(I also overclocked the PC to 4.6ghz and the CPU core voltage is now 1.095v and totally stable at up to 60 degrees celcius. This is great but the 1.095v seems very low too) Is anybody knowledgeable enough to know if this voltage figure is normal???

Hello darrengarwood:
In regard to your question, I just wanted to let you know that we recommend to use the processor at stock settings, that means with the BIOS settings at default values, by doing overclocking and altering the clock frequency or voltage may damage or reduce the useful life of the processor and other system components, and may reduce system stability and performance.
On the following link you will be able to confirm that for this processor the voltage fluctuates between 0.55 to 1.52, so any value between that range is expected and considered normal, please check page 114:

Additionally if you want to confirm if the processor is working fine we can always run a tool that does an overall test on the processor, if it passed the test it should be fine:

Any further questions, please let me know.

Alberto
