No Sound Enhancements tab in Playback Devices

I'm having a lot of problems with the audio when I play my media files on the compute stick. The audio is very quiet, so I must turn the volume up all the way to hear things like dialog. The problem is that now other, louder sounds play way too loud. I need some kind of audio normalization to be able to fix this. On other windows machines, under playback devices, when I went to the properties of my playback audio device, I would always have a tab called Sound Enhancements, where I could select audio normalization. On the compute stick this tab is missing.

Is there any way I can enable the Sound Enhancements tab on the Compute Stick? Is there another way to normalize all the audio that is output?

      Thanks.
