Hello cristianclerici ,
For this ZOTAC ZBOX-PI320 Series your best support is with your system manufacturer as they are more familiar with this system and how all the components interact with each other. Please bear in mind that Intel sells products to various OEM's (Original Equipment Manufacturers), who then integrate them, with other system components (power supplies, disk drives, add in cards, software, etc). These components may be customized to the OEM's specifications.
We don't have this system to test it or to create a lab to verify this problem; therefore, your best support is Zotac.
However, you can try the following to try to solve the problem, but if it does not work please contact Zotac and report the issue to them.
Make sure the computer is powered on, then disconnect and reconnect the cable. If the monitor allows input from multiple sources, make sure the proper source is selected in the configuration menu.
I'm not sure if you can access Windows at all because you mention that the "TV is recognizing the device connected to the HDMI port but it shows this message "check the source" nothing else displayed on the TV", however, on the system information you attached I can see that you have Windows® 10 32bit installed, if you can access windows somehow please verify the following information that I found at the Zotac website.
https://www.zotac.com/cr/faq/window-10-not-recognizing-graphics-adapter https://www.zotac.com/cr/faq/window-10-not-recognizing-graphics-adapter
If this does not work you can contact your computer manufacturer here:

Best regards,
Ivan.
