Have you tired putting the board into maintenance? does it come up?
Have you put the jumper on correctly after the BIOS recovery? are you sure??? really really sure?
check the ram..
check your jumper configuration.
currently pls power up your mainboard under processor, mainboard and ram.
do not connect the HDD or ODD.
make sure the rams is seated correctly and locked in place.
Jumper is sitting on pins 1-2.
Only keyboard and monitor are connected. I put the memory into another PC, booted, contrary the memory of the second PC did not in the first one. Does it help to change cpu also? I did not yet, because it is more difficult.
i would that way you will be abl;e to see if it is the CPU or, you need to cross test all the components
Checked the CPU successfully with another PC. Maybe on friday I get a second motherboard dq965gf, hope I can tell you more than.
Got a second identical board, that is o. k., put in there cpu and memory of the first one and bootet successfully. Installed cpu and memory of the good board into the "bad" one - same issue, it hangs after POST code 28 and 34, while normal boot shows several more codes ending up with 00. So it seems to me the first board is really death.
Nevertheless thank you for helping me.
Still one remark. The corrupt board starts with POST code 40, 28, 34, the intact one starts with DC, 28, 34 and so on. Maybe I omitted some codes that are vanishing to fast. Can anyone explain the behavior of the corrupt board?
