Please bear in mind that your best support is with your Laptop manufacturer as they are more familiar with your system and how all the components interact with each other.
I have seen several websites and Dell community where people post about this issue, you can see here:
NOTE: These links are being offered for your convenience and should not be viewed as an endorsement by Intel of the content, products, or services offered there.
At this point I suggest you to report this to Dell for them to do a test with a system similar like yours, I’m sorry we don’t have a system from all of our partners, if Dell is able to replicate the issue they will work from their end if Dell cannot replicate the issue you might be able to get warranty for unit if it is still under warranty.
Hi, Ivan. Thanks for your mention!
I've just read some topics as same as my issue, reseached in Google, and as you advices so no one had the right way to fix. I had contacted to Dell Prosupport IT and he got me a link for driver ( although I've installed all newest driver VGA of both). With some soflwares need performane as LOL game, 3D,.. I seen these are not ran on the high-performance as videos show in Youtube which only have Intel HD Graphics 520 ( my system have 2- Intel VGA integrate and AMD radeon R7 M360) . So sad...But TecpowerUp GPU-Z still found 2 VGA in my system and show full information of working
Do I need a warranty for my issue? Please!
Just checking – did you try the latest Intel® generic driver, you can download it here:
Uninstall existing driver and install latest 15.45 version. If you get an error installing the driver, try installing the driver manually, please see how to Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 and Windows 8*/8.1*
If issue persists, this should be followed with Dell and keep working with them.
