I would love to help you with this.
If I understand you correctly, you want to save these values into the Edison memory, well you can do it in any directory you want.
In the code that you are using, you just have the edit the path where you are saving to the SD card to the directory that you want to save the file. For example: /home/root/your-directory (Remember to create the directory before with the command mkdir)
