To answer your question, the Intel® driver update utility was intended to be used on Intel® boards, the fact that you are using a Toshiba® satellite laptop indicates that it might not be fully compatible with the utility.
As an option you can get in contact with Toshiba to confirm that information and to find out if maybe they have their own tool to do drivers updates.
We recommend to install the driver manually by visit the manufacturer’s web site and install the drivers from there:
