Thank you very much to Genesys for the information posted previously.
I just wanted to let you know that depending on the system you are using the Intel® driver update utility might not be that accurate when it comes to get the proper drivers installed, since it was design to work with Intel® boards and kits.
So, based on that information:
What is the model of the motherboard?
What is the model of the processor?
If this is a laptop what is the model of it?
Which Windows version are you using?
The reason why we are asking that information is because we might have the option to install the chipset driver manually.
Also, if you get into device manager do you see a question or exclamation mark on the chipset?
