Hi,
I'm trying to use my SR300 Developer Kit with Windows Hello.
This is what i've done:
- Plugged my camera
- Installed the last DCM
- Rebooted
- -> The camera was working with games, ... but not detected by Windows Hello:
(Windows Hello is not available on this computer)
- Removed all Realsense drivers and DCM
- Rebooted
- Reinstalled drivers (automaticaly) and DCM
- Rebooted
- -> The camera was no more working with anything
- Removed all a second time
- Rebooted
- -> The camera is now working with games, ... but not detected by Windows Hello and strangely I can't install DCM:
(not any component selected for installation)
I've tested all my USB 3.0 ports.
I've got a Windows 10 PC with last stable version (not insider).
All my drivers seems to be up to date.
Thank you,
Emerick

I did some research about other people who have had Windows Hello unavailable on their device. Multiple sources stated that the DCM needs to be installed and working in order for Windows Hello to function. So if you cannot install DCM, that is the likely reason why Windows Hello will not function in your non-Insider Windows.
Could you tell me what processor you are using in your PC please? The SR-300 is stricter in its minimum requirements than its F200 camera predecessor and needs a minimum of a sixth generation Skylake type Intel Core processor.

Hello,
My problem is solved: it was caused by O&O ShutUp10 (used to stop Windows telemetry).
Thank you,
