Hi,
I am trying to apply a monitor calibration profile in Windows but for some reason it fails with laptops with Intel HD 4600 graphics. Setting a profile simply has no effect whatsoever.
Does Intel override the ICC profiles? This is a major issue, rendering the laptops useless for photo editors.

Hello bupthebroker,
Thank you for contacting the Intel community.
Please bear in mind that with Windows® 10, this feature is part of the operating system, this option is available in Windows®, you can take a look at this article:

Hi, thanks for the reply.
The provided link describes the feature and this is exactly how i am using it.
The problem is that the feature does not seem to be working with laptops that have Intel HD4600 graphics. Please note that i can reproduce the issue both with Windows 7 and Windows 10 on different laptops.
Can someone please confirm that it is possible to use Windows ICC colour profiles with Intel HD4600 graphics?
Some people have resolved this by disabling the igfxpers (some persistance module). Unfortunately i cannot find this module in my system. Is there perhaps some other workaround?

This feature is now available in your operating system, have you contacted Microsoft related with this issue?
I'm sorry this feature is not supported by Intel anymore, you will need to contact Microsoft, I believe there is third party software that you can use to create this profile but this question will be better answer by https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us Microsoft.
Ivan.
