If you are out of warranty, you could try procuring a replacement power brick. Having the standby LED come means that the power brick is at least partially working - but it does not mean that the power brick is fully working. I see that a compatible replacement is available through Amazon for US$13: Amazon.com: HQRP AC Power Adapter for Intel NUC Kit D34010WYK/D54250WYK).

I want to create a service request. But I can't identify my device on any ways offered. If I enter the serial number and stocking ID the following message comes:
Product not found. Check the information you provided and try again, or create a support request for help identifying this product.
When I do the warranty check he finds the device with no problems, And the good news is I do have warranty. Estimated Warranty Expiration: April 19, 2018
