I have Intel Celeron N3060 which has the Intel HD Graphics 400 as onboard.
I've also already tried using the Intel Driver Update Utility to do this automatically. But it gave me an error due to having an OEM provided driver installed.
Only thing I can think of doing now is to manually update the driver using .zip instead of the .exe installer. But I need help getting to that download page.
All the results I get are for Intel HD Graphics 4000.
Windows 10 64-bit OS.

Please bear in mind that this version only supports Windows®7 32bit, do not support Windows®8, 8.1 or Windows®10 32bit or 64bit.

Ivan, you are wrong. I have intel hd graphics 400 fully working on Win10 x64 Home Edition.
Use Intel Driver Update Utility 2.7.2, and you will find your drivers.

Thanks for the information; you are right this is available now for Windows® 10, when I responded to this post on Jan 9, 2017 the driver was available for Windows® 7 32bit only and on 3/30/2017 a new driver was released to support Windows® 10 64bit, you can see it here:
