You should contact intel Customer Support directly and see if they can help get a replacement. Barring that, you can always look look for 3rd-party sites that have this blower (by part number).
I am waiting for you to give me instructions on how to return my defective NUC6i7KYK unit for repair. Where do I get an RMA Number? Where do I ship it to?
I need this for my software development lab and have been without a working unit for over 3 weeks now.

First of all, you should *never* put your email address in postings - not unless you really, really want to receive all that SPAM. I deleted it from your posting for you.
Secondly, this is a user-to-user support community, not a direct support forum. While there are Intel Customer Support folks monitoring the site, its primary purpose is for users to help other users. Most specifically, this is NOT the place to be asking about returns. I do not know what that private message from Angie said, but what I can tell you is that, if you want a RMA number, you need to directly contact Intel Customer Support. That is, either try using the Chat service or (best) just pick up the phone and call them (I can't recommend their online forms; I see too many complaints about it not working right). Here is where you can find contact information by geography:
Hope this helps,
Thanks so much. This is very useful. I was under the impression that Angie from Intel was deadling with this issue as she sent me a offline email. I will take you advice and contact them directly to get my RMA.
