You may want to contact the laptop manufacturer to see if there is an adaptor that is supported.
Or, maybe consider getting a new/newer laptop.

Like Doc mentioned, this adapter is not compatible with Windows® 10. The last driver it received was actually for Windows* 7.
As far as alernatives go, you do have a couple. The simplest being to purchase an USB Wireless Adapter, which are relatively cheap and simple to install (plug and play, usually).
Aside from that, you would need to contact the manufacturer of your computer to see if there's a newer adapter that may be installed in place of your Intel® PRO/Wireless 3945ABG, or downgrade back to Windows* 7.
