intel x5-z8300 (intel hd graphics) sync issue

I I bought a mini PC (minix z83-4) with this chip. every video I play is out of sync (the audio does not match the video) . This happens every time, unless I restart the mini PC, and after a couple of minutes (sometimes 30 mins or so) the out of sync problem returns. any idea what could solve this?

In this case, for you to get better support about this product I strongly recommend contacting your system manufacturer as they are more familiar with your products and how all the components interact with each other.

Unfortunately we don't have this product to test the graphics and your computer manufacturer might be able to create a lab to verify if the issue is present in your unit and to provide you with the proper troubleshooting.
