Please try installing the latest graphics driver you can download it here:
Before installing the graphics driver, uninstall the old driver first; please see Uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver
Once the driver is uninstalled go ahead and install the generic driver from the link above manually.

Does this problem happens when you install the driver from Dell, Dell has the proper driver for your system and if you install the Intel generic driver some features can stop working.
We have tested this driver several times and we don’t experience similar behavior.
Does this happen from the moment you purchased the computer or after sometime of using it?
