I am trying to update the drivers on my Intel HD Graphics 3000 card in My Dell Laptop Running WIN 10. I have a program that will not run without OpenGL 3.3, but I can't locate the drivers. Any help or direction is appreciated.

Intel HD 3000 graphics are not supported on Windows 10:

Also, the best you can do is OpenGL 3.1 (look under 2nd gen processors):

However, you can get the latest driver for Windows 10 here (:9.17.10.4459), which may help you
