When I am using Facebook or my internet browser running a video, my screen will black out. I have to close my browser and and open it up again to get it to work. It works for awhile then does the same thing again.
this could go on for ever. This is on my laptop running Win7. This is all the specs for my graphs info.

Hello JimmB,
Thank you for contacting the Intel community.
I'm sorry could you please run the ISSU and attach the file instead of a screenshot, you can download it here:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
What is the browser that you're using?
Did your system work fine before? Do you remember installing or making any changes in your system?
Also, I will appreciate if you could reply with the DxDiag.
DxDiag Instructions:
- Click on the "Start Menu" -> Type "DxDiag" -> Press "Enter" -> Wait for the DirectX Diagnostic Tool to finish loading
- In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click "Save All Information" -> Save the file DxDiag.txt
- Include DxDiag.txt as an attachment in the Intel Community Forum
Regards,
Ivan.
