Hello everyone, since my 8th year (i am 20 now) i support Intel and encourage everyone when they want to buy a PC, MB or CPU, they should go for Intel or Intel Based Motherboards.

You're best and i am sure that you are going to stay best.

Few days ago i've bought Boxed Intel Pentium Dual-Core E6300, Socket775, 1066FSB, 2MB L2 Cache, 2.80GHz because my old CPU had a overheating problem.

I've noticed that this CPU runs @ 25-28 celsius degrees temperature and i am satisfied, but when i try to play GTA4 with it, the temp goes to 70-80 and Cooler is at 1990RPM MAX.

I've disabled Smart Fan Control in BIOS (I use Gigabyte EP31-DS3L Rev 1.0 with F5F BIOS Version Motherboard) so fan should rotate at max speed, i've also used SpeedFan software and done everything to make this cooler rotate at his max speed, but it looks like his max speed is actually 1990RPM.

I don't quite know if this is okay, my old cooler rotated at 2500RPM max, Boxed Intel Celeron D 326. I need your advice if this is normal speed for Boxed, above mentioned CPU Cooler. If you need more info, i'll be happy to provide.

PSU : LC Power LC6420 SuperSilent 420W

MB : Gigabyte EP31-DS3L Rev 1.0

BIOS Version : F5F

RAM : PQI DDR2 2GB

GPU : nVidia 8600GT 512MB DDR2 Shader OC Edition

Thanks in advance.

Marko Todoric.
