Once the (original) Splash Screen has been replaced by another, it is lost. You will thus need to replace the current one with something (else) of your crafting.
If you can't wait (or Intel is not forthcoming), download the package from one of the third-party sites and then verify the integrity of the ITK_184.108.40.2065.MSI installation file. Its size should be 12,409,856 bytes. Its MD5 checksum should be 08479563A8B7F6CDCCB59DB2C9F0FECE, its SHA1 checksum should be 963A8F5B0F2C0A1DD8F2A8A74E909A503F7C28A8 and its SHA-256 checksum should be D7A3F7EB9AC6D38CC5F52A3BBD673D37EE446EF4B376D292FA523EE6C424FF92.
Hope this helps,

In regard to your inquiry, as an option you can try to do a BIOS update on the board, to the latest version, since it is a new BIOS installation that might change it back to the original Intel splash screen.
Here is the link to do the BIOS update with the F7 method:
And this is the ,BIO file you need to do it:
I sent you a private message, please let me know if you receive it.
Any questions, please let me know.
I thank you for the information and I can tell you that I had already tried the BIOS update routine but the results were negative. The splash remained the same.
I have updated my profile here and sent you an email with the information you requested. I am afraid seeing I am now retired the information is sparse.
It would seem that the only way that will work is to somehow install the Intel Integrator Toolkit.
Thanks for your help.
