I received a message from Al Hill <firstname.lastname@example.org> to which I cannot seem to reply. He asked if I had installed the latest driver.

Thanks for replying. Attempting to update driver to the one at the link you
sent me brings the message "The best driver software for your device is
already intalled". "Windows has determined the driver software for your
device is up to date. Attached is a screen grab of the driver page.
Yes, I posted a link to the latest driver, before I realized from your log that you already had that version. Sorry for the confusion.

Please bear in mind that your chipset model does not support Windows® 10; however, I found a version that may work, please give it a try; Download Intel® RSTe AHCI & SCU Software RAID driver for Windows*.
