    SDK doesn't work!

      I use Intel® RealSense SR300. "Hand 3D viewer" ,"Hands console"and"hands animation" etc in SDK doesn't work!

      I get this problem down at any moment the hand versus camera show and sometimes without the hand placed against the camera shows the problem

          Thanks for your interest in the Realsense Platform.

           

          Before we start giving suggestions to fix your issue, could you answer some questions in order to assist in a better way:

           

          1) Did you installed successfully the DCM for the SR300?
          2) Was SDK working well before? In case it was working, could you tell me what you were doing that triggered this issue?
          3) Are you using a USB3?

           

          Also it will be really helpful to have your system information file of your computer. To generate it, please press on your keyboard WinLogo + r, then enter msinfo32, then click on File >> Export. This process might take some minutes, once you have generated that file attach it in your next reply.

              Thank you for your interest in helping

              First, yes I have installed successfully the DCM for the SR300,And some programs have worked very well, such as segmentation .

              Second Hand and cursor sdk never work ,Once you hand the emergence of the problem appears

              and yes I used USB3

                Could you tell me which SDK version you are using (R2, R3, ..)? Also it will be really helpful if you let me know which language are you using (C++, Java, ..).

                    SDK version R3

                    and the language C++ ,but I just run the sample that come with the sdk

                      Hi sobhi,

                      Looking at the hardware specifications of your computer, it seems that your computer doesn’t meet the hardware requirements for the SR300 (System Requirements for Intel® RealSense™ Camera SR300 ).

                      Your computer is 3th Generation Intel® Core™ Processor and this might be the reason your SR300 is not behaving as expected. I know this not the answer you were expecting, but maybe you can try it on another computer to see if the SR300 is working well.

                        Greetings Sobhi!

                        So did you fix your problem?

                        Is it really because of your 3rd gen core?

                        or it was another reason?

                        I have ABSOLUTELY the same collapse!

                        my specifications are:

                        core i7-3517U CPU@1.90 Ghz (2cores) Ivy Bridge

                        intel HD graphics 4000 (OpenGL 4.0)

                        4GB DDR 1600Mhz

                        x64 windows 10

                         

                        just 3 to 5 seconds after starting the sample with hand-capturing feature (in SDK Sample browser) its collapsing without any particular error description

                        all the other samples (blob, 3D segmentation, some of tracking samples etc) are working perfect.

                          Thanks for your interest in the Intel Realsense Platform.

                           

                          Unfortunately, your computer also doesn't meet the hardware requirements for the SR300 System Requirements for the Intel® RealSense™ Camera SR300 , since this is a hardware issue, there is no software that will help you solve these errors.

                           

                          If you already follow the steps in here Intel® RealSense™ SDK | Intel® Software , I would encourage you to try another computer that meets the hardware requirements.
