Hello MrTagg ,
In this case, you best support is Lenovo as they are more familiar with your system and how the components interact with each other, however you can try the following:
Uninstall the graphics driver from your PC; please see http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005598.html Uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver, once the driver is uninstalled, manually install the latest generic driver for your system, you can download it here:

Please see how to http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 and Windows 8*/8.1*
Caution: The driver or software for your Intel® component might have been changed or replaced by the computer manufacturer. We recommend you work with your computer manufacturer before installing our driver so you don't lose features or customizations.
Best regards,
Ivan.

It looks like your installing a 32 bit driver in 64bit Windows version. Make sure you are installing the proper driver version for your operating system.

Thanks, got the 64bit version installed, but it still has the same issue as the Lenovo driver does.

Hi,
We have tested this driver and graphics version several times and we don't experience this behavior.
Does this happen from the moment you purchased the unit or after some time of using it?
Have you contact and report this to Lenovo just to ask if they can make a lab with a similar system like yours to see if they experience the same problem?
Ivan.
