I allready saw this page and did not find this port.
have other way that i can install something to pass the video out from the nuc?
You have a mini Display Port (mDP) connector as well. There are mDP-to-HDMI, mDP-to-DVI and mDP-to-VGA adapters available if necessary.
Frankly, looking at the damage, I would not be surprised if there was damage to other parts of the circuitry...
Hope this helps,
The circuity is fine, starts all ok, im asking if on the board have any place to put another video port.
becouse i take it out myself, becouse of that looks a damaged, but the motherboard is ok and working.
No, there is no other points to pull video from. You do understand that you can connect up to three DP monitors to the one mDP connector, right? This requires DP monitors that support daisy chaining, of course, but such monitors are definitely available and not at much of a cost premium...
i know that you can connect up to three monitors.
but in this case i only will can connect another monitor if i replace this mini hdmi port, right?
im looking on the internet, found a lot of connectors but with diffrent pins to fit on the board.
No, you can daisy-chain up to three monitors off just the mDP connector. You do not need to fix/replace the mHDMI connector in order to support this configuration.
Here are your choices for connecting three monitors:
(A) One HDMI monitor via the mHDMI connector plus two DP monitors (the second daisy-chained to the first) via the mDP connector
(B) Three DP Monitors (the third daisy-chained off the second and the second daisy-chained off the first) via the mDP connector
Note that, in the (B) configuration, the mHDMI connector is not used - and, in fact, it cannot be used because the processor's graphics engine supports a maximum of three monitors. If you hook three DP monitors to the mDP connector and one monitor to the mHDMI connector, one of the three DP monitors would be ignored and nothing displayed on it.
Hope this helps (and the extra information doesn't confuse you more),
I got it!!! tks!!
I forget that i can use the mDP port!!
i use this mdp cable and it works.
tkss! but if any one know where to buy this port i will be glad with this solution too.
Good to hear!
