RealSense integrated f200 camera not detected after OS reinstall

Have a Dell Inspiron 5559 laptop that was bought new in Sept., 2016. Have had various problems from day one which resulted in the Windows 10 OS being reinstalled by Dell. Ever since, I can't download drivers for f200 webcam, because the download cannot detect a camera. The Device Manager does not show the presence of a camera or its software under "Imaging Devices". Any suggestions?
