Please provide information on the DIMMs that you attempted to use. Please describe the sequence of operations you attempted with each DIMM.

Hi It won't boot so I can't access the bios. As I remember I've updated the bios when I troubleshoot the overheat issue. The DIMMs are work fine before I sent the kit to Intel Malaysia. I used them for about 5-6 months.
I have tried to use
1. one 8GB on lower slot,
2. another 8GB on the lower slot,
3. two 8GB
4. change the position of DIMMs on the memory slots
5. one 4GB on lower slot
6. one 4GB on the other slot
All 3 DIMMs are working fine before I got the kit replacement. (the new kit only worked for 6-8 hours ). The DIMMs are working fine on another device.
I tried to use another power adaptor from a nearby store and it didn't fix.
HI, Thanks for the reply, I contacted the support center and have sent the kit for replacement again. It might be a problem on the board, memory slots or bios. Since I can't access bios, Intel will replace the kit. Hope it won't take longer to have the new kit again. last time around 2 weeks. Thanks for your attention. Regards
