Yes i tried to call but the first number dont exist anymore, the second one down the list, 3 beeps and the call ends. I dont have an service ticket in my country site (Informações de contato para suporte na LAR ), only in the "english version", should I use the english site and try the ticket?

Hi, after days trying, i'm was attended by chat online, intel needs to fix their phones and services, most are not working, but nonetheless, I started rma day 09/12/2016 and i'm waiting for my cpu to return.
