Hi, i sent in my socket LGA1156 board do55wg and it was signed for on feb 1. I contacted them through their live chat and the representative said that it was received on feb 3 would take 3-4 business days to diagnose. I contacted them again on feb 10, 6 business days later, and a different representative told me that they hadn't even been any notes for visual scanning. This is getting ridiculous and i'm pretty upset at the RMA process at Intel. I have been without the system for more than two weeks due to this... What can i do?
