    How do I get an RMA if the online service continues to say the service is not available?


      I have tried to submit an RMA on multiple nights, all ending with a message that tells me the service is not available with an apology.  But I started several weeks ago when I first had computer issues.  I have sent my motherboard back twice and have been unable to submit an RMA with Intel even once.  Now, it really seems the problem is the CPU.
