We understand that your Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 is no longer shown in Device Manager, we reviewed the SSU log you provided and in fact the 8260 is not seen in your network adapters. Please check the following to discard some possible causes:
- Make sure that the Wireless hardware is enabled in you laptop. This is normally done with a hardware switch in the PC chassis, or with a key combination.
- Please disconnect the cable from the wired network and reboot, then check if the wireless adapter shows after that.
- Try running the driver installation for this adapter in Windows 10 and check if it is detected:
Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers for Windows® 10 [19.20.0]
If the issue persists at this point, please contact the Computer Manufacturer Support to make sure that the PCIe device is enabled in the BIOS, or to discard any hardware problems in the system.
