After using the translate option, I understood you are having issues with a driver.
Once I dug deeper into this, the product that seems related is: the Intel® Trusted Execution Engine (Intel® TXE)

They have been developed for Intel NUCs, for that reason, I cannot assure they will work, and these are the only drivers available.

I found your entry and downloaded the driver.
Whether it is suitable, I will determine in the next weeks,
if the owner surpasses the laptop for maintenance.
The laptop works even without this driver, but it could be better.
