sudo apt-get install intel-microcodedmesg | head -n1
sudo apt-get install microcode.ctl intel-microcode
Reboot your computer.
and I also
made the file /etc/X11/xorg.confwith content:
Identifier "Intel Graphics"
Option "AccelMethod" "uxa"
that stopped the flicker
but the display is nothing great.
