    NUC5CPYH 32-bit UEFI Boot

    Segfault

How can I get this thing to boot in UEFI mode? The OS is 64-bit, when booted in CSM mode efivars are not available and cannot be set. I'm trying with Grub2 now, did not have any luck with rEFInd. My 64-bit kernel is configured/prepared to boot from 32-bit UEFI bootloader. It also has IA32 support enabled just in case. The problem is UEFI firmware does not "see" my EFI bootloader. There is nothing to choose from in setup. I have latest firmware flashed in (56).

      nuc ~ # fdisk -l

      Disk /dev/sda: 119.2 GiB, 128035676160 bytes, 250069680 sectors

      Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes

      Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes

      I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes

      Disklabel type: gpt

      Disk identifier: C7B083E0-B069-4A3A-B1CB-6497D4CA8B39

Device      Start       End   Sectors  Size Type

      /dev/sda1    2048    409600    407553  199M EFI System

      /dev/sda2  411648 250069646 249657999  119G Linux filesystem

Why, oh why is this firmware 32-bit?!
