Powered on. Power light was on with solid blue light.

Display set to HDMI and had message, no signal.

      There were no beep codes

No single beep when powered on.

      HDMI 2.0 cable connected properly.

USB Keyboard did not light up with numlock or capslock selected.

Plugged in USB Thumb Drive and it did not light activity light.

Powered off and removed power plug

Disconnected Mouse, keyboard, USB Drive and HDMI connector.

      Removed M.2 drives and memory.

Powered on and received 3 beep codes in a repeating pattern.

      Powered off. Removed power plug.

Inserted 1 memory in bottom slot, plugged in HDMI and powered back up.

      Same results as before.

Continued memory swapping in all possible configurations with same results.
