They don't have a fulfillment method for failing fans. Failing purchase through secondary source - which might be difficult - replacing the whole unit is your only option...
Are you sure it isn't something simple like the fan and board tiedown screws needing tightening? I would check them...

If you have the option to check the fan for dust or to make sure it is properly seated please do that, if the problem remains then a replacement of the NUC is needed.

Thanks Alberto, I took it apart and checked out the fan, everything seemed to be together correctly and it still makes noise, I guess I'll proceed with replacing it...
