    Problem with Speakers

      Hello this is Hashir here,

      i have Hp-paviliion-dv7 after upgrading from windows 7 to 10 i am unable to use both speakers at a time.

      my laptop has two speaker devices

      IDT speakers are working perfectly while HP speakers are not working while back in windows 7 both speakers are working correctly.

      while i install hp speakers driver on IDT then HP speakers start to work and IDT not work

      In windows 7 they were both at same time

      I am attaching System Support Utility  and DXDIAG report this might help you to understand problem better.

       

      Please help me ASAP

          Hello Hashir,

          In regard to your concern. As you confirm that the issue with the speakers it is related directly to the HD audio (HP) speakers, this problem seems to be related to some driver conflict.

          In order for you to find the proper drivers for your HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC, you can go to the following link:
