ss4000e firmware version as "lease"?

Something happen to my ss4000e 'cause I can't login the system, I can't map drive letter (it shows me the message "The specified network name is no longer available"), but I can ping it succesfully. In Storage System Console I saw in system information that the version of NAS is "lease" instead of firmware version (fs-bc - 1.4b710). Is there a way to reinstall the firmware again? or Maybe I need a new Storage System?

Please let me know what I can do ...

Thanks...

Hello LxAgüero ,

Please turn of your Intel® Entry Storage System SS4000-E, remove the drives and try turning it on again to see if status is the same.

You could download Intel® Entry Storage System SS4000-E firmware from
