HD Graphic 530 HDMI audio problem

Hi,

my config is:

- I5 6600k

- MSI Z170A Gaming 7

- Nvidia GTX 1060 Gaming X 6GB

- G.Skill DIMM 8GB DDR4-3000

- Win10 64 bit anniversary

I would like to use the internal graphic card (HD Graphic 530) to connect my TV.

So if I connect my Samsung TV via HDMI on the internal graphic card, video works but audio doesn't work (Intel HDMI audio is not present as playback device).

I tried to reinstall the intel graphic card but the problem is still here.

In this moment I installed the latest beta driver (GOP version 9.0.1047)

If I use the GTX 1060 I don't have any problem.

Please, Can someone help me?

Please verify that you have graphics or audio drivers correctly installed on the system.

 

 

Open Device Manager. Click Sound, video and game controllers and see if the listing shows the HDMI device. If it shows a yellow bang, re-install the graphics driver.

Graphics and audio drivers are correctly installed on the system.

I have re-install the graphics drivers 3 time (latest driver, Beta 15.40.xx.4539).

The sound on my motherboard works fine. The problem is present only if i try to connect an HDMI cable from the internal graphic card (Intel HD Graphic 530) to TV. I tried with different HDMI cables and HDMI ports. If i connect the HDMI cable from my Nvidia vga to TV, there are not problems.

I am sorry you are having issue with your Intel graphics card. BETA driver 4539 contains some important game fixes. If those are not your priority, you can update your Intel driver via Windows Update.

(Select the Start button, then select Settings -> Update & security > Windows Update)

 

If that does not solve your issue, Please report back with http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005848.html graphics report of the driver loaded and the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility Intel® SSU

Also, we will have a new driver posted in the coming days.

I resolved with these steps:

  • Uninstalled the latest Intel driver
  • Cleaned windows registry.
  • Restarted Windows.
  • Updated Windows but there was not update related to Intel

Sound now works. So I suggest to use the driver provided by Microsoft.
