My i7 is running slow

So my computer started going slower and i tried updating my drivers but they were already updated so idk what else to do but heres the speed

I don't know why Intel make this utility if it can't take into account speed stepping...

Get CPU-z and watch the speed jump up and down when you run stuff and not to save power.

have you some energy saving enabled ?

also clock frequency can downgrade if o.s. run idle

try cpu-z and stress cpu with a benchmark for increase frequency.

also bios setting can set a throttle frequency when sistem not request max speed.
