I am having a very difficult time understanding your query (not your fault; the Italian-English translator is doing an absolutely awful job). Could you please describe what the initial problems were, what you did to (try to) correct it and what the current problems are.

This issue with the Intel® Compute stick seems to be windows registry problem.
Have you tried resetting the Intel® Compute stick? You can follow any of the recovery options for your Intel® device here: User Guide for Intel® Compute Stick STCK1A32WFC
If the problem remains, I would recommend contacting Intel for warranty service
